為落實(shi)《深(shen)圳市電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)設(she)(she)施及(ji)高(gao)壓走廊(lang)專(zhuan)項(xiang)(xiang)規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)修編》(2012)在(zai)(zai)龍(long)(long)(long)崗區(qu)(qu)確定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)變電(dian)站(zhan)、高(gao)壓走廊(lang)等(deng)電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)設(she)(she)施用(yong)地(di)(di)(di),解決龍(long)(long)(long)崗區(qu)(qu)電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)(she)面臨的(de)(de)(de)(de)諸多問題,深(shen)圳市規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)和國土資(zi)源委員會(hui)龍(long)(long)(long)崗管理局于(yu)2015年7月(yue)開始(shi)組織(zhi)《龍(long)(long)(long)崗區(qu)(qu)電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)設(she)(she)施及(ji)高(gao)詳走廊(lang)詳細規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)》的(de)(de)(de)(de)編制工作。相對(dui)于(yu)市專(zhuan)項(xiang)(xiang)規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)(hua)(hua),該規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)對(dui)全(quan)區(qu)(qu)用(yong)電(dian)負荷及(ji)負荷密度(du)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)詳細的(de)(de)(de)(de)摸(mo)底論(lun)證(zheng),對(dui)市規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)新增51座變電(dian)站(zhan)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)進(jin)一步的(de)(de)(de)(de)論(lun)證(zheng)和優化,并(bing)在(zai)(zai)此基礎上,根據(ju)(ju)龍(long)(long)(long)崗區(qu)(qu)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)產業發展(zhan)方向,特別是就重(zhong)點片(pian)區(qu)(qu)和城市更(geng)新單元片(pian)區(qu)(qu),新增了(le)3座220千伏(fu)(fu)變電(dian)站(zhan),12座110千伏(fu)(fu)變電(dian)站(zhan);同時,根據(ju)(ju)龍(long)(long)(long)崗區(qu)(qu)高(gao)壓線下(xia)地(di)(di)(di)等(deng)最新精神,原則上對(dui)區(qu)(qu)內(nei)城市建(jian)設(she)(she)區(qu)(qu)220千伏(fu)(fu)及(ji)以下(xia)線路全(quan)部下(xia)地(di)(di)(di),對(dui)原有110千伏(fu)(fu)及(ji)以上電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)系統(tong)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)優化,并(bing)在(zai)(zai)市專(zhuan)項(xiang)(xiang)基礎上增加了(le)電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)通道詳細規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)(hua)(hua),解決電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)下(xia)地(di)(di)(di)后顧之憂。為保障(zhang)龍(long)(long)(long)崗區(qu)(qu)電(dian)力(li)(li)(li)可持續(xu)發展(zhan),規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)同時新增了(le)220/20千伏(fu)(fu)系統(tong)研(yan)(yan)究,電(dian)動車應用(yong)研(yan)(yan)究,智(zhi)能電(dian)網研(yan)(yan)究,地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)綜合管廊(lang)研(yan)(yan)究和變電(dian)站(zhan)附建(jian)、地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)式(shi)建(jian)設(she)(she)研(yan)(yan)究等(deng)新技術內(nei)容。
